Ngoc Ha is a Vietnamese visual artist based in Charlotte North Carolina primarily working in oil painting and printmaking. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts with a concentration in printmaking from University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Drawing inspiration by collecting observed and personal experiences, she incorporates this into her visual language.
